Everybody worries. Worries are a normal part of our life and can’t be avoided. It’s natural to worry about a job interview, bills you have to pay, or your health. In fact, worry is not necessarily a bad feeling, as it can motivate us to take action and get better at doing things. For example, if you are worried about your health, you may start looking for ways to improve it.

Worry becomes a problem when it takes up a significant part of our day and starts to affect our health and personal lives. In the pandemic years, millions of people found themselves constantly worried over things they had no control over. As a result, they felt more anxious and stressed than ever before.
